Dr. Patricia Carrington (Patricia Carrington) is a world-renowned expert in energy psychology and the founding EFT master. She recently reviewed the trauma relief workshops of Carol Look, Rick Wilkes and Sue Beer. This is what she wants to say.
After I just listened to one of the most powerful treatment options I have encountered in the field, my view on trauma and how to get rid of the influence of myself (or clients) has changed dramatically.
It can help us heal, but it cannot heal the word “trauma” that many of us usually use. When I listened to the powerful recording series produced by EFT master Carol Look, it really opened my eyes.
What happened was that I fully understood what the “big T” and “little T” trauma in life meant. Do you know what these terms mean?
To find out for yourself, take this short quiz
When you read which of the following words or phrases, the word “trauma” comes to your mind? Please pay attention to each entry in the list below.
1. Tsunami
2. Rape
3. Being bullied to escape on the playground
4. Losing your best friend
5. A masked figure follows you on a dark street
6. The whole class suffered humiliation
7. A car accident
8. Your teddy bear was destroyed by a careless child
9. You are trapped in a big earthquake
10. You did something very embarrassing
11. You are a victim of sexual harassment
12. You dirty your pants in the nursery
13. You made a major mistake
14. Dear people travel far
If you check whether each of the above items meets the criteria for potential trauma, it will be correct. If you fail to do so, then the mistake you may make is to think that social trauma in childhood, such as being bullied on the playground or being insulted in front of the class, must have less impact on them than the trauma caused by a major disaster.
What makes something hurt?
The impact of trauma depends entirely on the person and how they interpret what happened. Especially children, there is usually little way to explain what happened to them.
The host of the Carroll workshop, Carol himself, electronic transfer experts Rick Wilkes and Sue Bill identified the traumas in our lives as “big T” or “little T” trauma, and believed that they are The psychological impact is equally important to health.

Trauma Relief Seminar Why am I so impressed with this record?
I can’t say this easily, but let me try to explain the unusual effect that the program has had on me.
In addition to the fact that the world’s leading figures in EFT are presented in 14 different audios, the three presenters also showed us how trauma (big T or small T) becomes part of everyone’s life-there has been no escape from it in some form -Unable to escape its consequences until now.
This means that the procedure applies to all of us (including myself).
What effect does trauma have on us?
Caro Look illustrates this point well by telling us the “freeze response”, which refers to the neurophysiological changes found in traumatized animals and humans. It occurs when a traumatic event occurs, and it can never be resolved as long as the original pain is not “released” in some way.
Wild animals often use twitching shivering or other forms of exercise to relieve physical trauma, but our society usually requires us to “maintain a rigid upper lip” and cover up our response to trauma. This often prevents us from releasing frozen responses, which is very detrimental to us.
There may be some frozen trauma hidden in all of us. If these traumas are not resolved, they may cause huge emotional pain.
Can the recordings in this seminar replace personal therapy and be used as trauma therapy?
Please be clear about this. Nothing can completely replace individual treatments. If your trauma is severe, you probably need it. However, the program can almost complete the work as I have seen. It can be used as the last part of healing the lingering wounds in you or your customers. In fact, I now recommend this method to all people who have suffered severe trauma who have consulted me-it is a powerful complement to the personal work they do with me.

I was particularly impressed…
In order to let you know what I am talking about, let me share with you the things that impressed me especially in this project. You may find that other features are more important to you, but this is my experience.
Here are some of the questions answered for me in this series:
Today, what do we know about trauma that we did not understand before?
We have a clearer understanding of how the body bears the burden of trauma.
