Clubbell Mass Evolution by Shane Heins
The Clubbell Mass Evolution – complete review
Clubbell Mass Evolution-the main program for building muscle mass, based on Clubbell. There are other training programs using club clubs, but this is the first program designed exclusively for building muscle mass.
My friend Shane Haynes, Creator of the Clubbell Mass Evolution
Clubbell Mass Evolution was created by CST head coach Shane Haynes. I met Shane at a CST certification workshop in 2009 and was impressed by his passion and knowledge. Don’t let the down-to-earth “good guy” fool you. Shane is hardcore, but he balances that intensity with a sophisticated and intelligent approach to learning. Shane leads the conversation in his own training session and is an excellent trainer. He trains clients one – on-one in small groups and leads TACFIT group fitness classes in and around Vancouver.
Shane claims that Clubbell Mass Evolution (CME) will help you transform your body by building muscle. It is also very transparent in the results you should expect. This is not the maximum hypertrophy program that can go through for bodybuilding training. This is a program for the development of functional, athletic muscles – the “solid body” physique, not the physique of a bodybuilder.
The uniqueness of CME lies in the three-dimensional nature of training with the use of club bells and the development of strength through a full range of complex movements. This is a systematic mass-building program that is far superior to any bodybuilding, isolation, or cleavage procedure for functional hypertrophy. You don’t just train individual muscle groups, but you encourage the entire body to build muscle – that’s how our physiology works. Not only this, but the entire program is periodized so that you can go from simple to complex movements, cyclically changing training parameters to maximize potential muscle gain. The CME program is extremely well thought out and can be adapted and used by anyone with bells and a desire to gain strength.
John’s results from using clubbell’s mass evolution
I have been using club bells since 2006 and have tried several different training programs since then. Although, this is only the second time I have used club bells to build muscle (the first was a self-developed program). Shane is a personal friend of mine and suggested that I do a beta test of CME this summer. I followed him for 6 weeks, completing half of the entire training program.
During this time, I gained 8 pounds in weight and noticeably reduced the percentage of fat in my body (I would estimate a loss of 1-2%, but I did not take measurements). This means that I gained at least 8 pounds of muscle mass and probably more than 10-12 if you consider simultaneous fat loss. I noticed visual muscle development throughout the body, but mostly in the arms, shoulders, back, and thighs. It should also be noted that reducing the fat layer also contributed to a leaner stomach.
Anyone who knows anything about changes in body composition will quickly realize that these are exceptionally good results. In our culture, we are bombarded with messages from the media, dietary products, and Supplement companies that it is easy to build muscle. It’s just not true. Building muscle mass is a very difficult task to achieve. Consistent weight gain (about 5 kg) in one week is usually considered excellent progress. Although, most people usually experience a little less than this. The fact that I gained at least 8 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks is remarkable, and for me this is sufficient proof that this program fulfills its requirements. If I had completed the entire three-month program, I am sure that my progress would have continued.
Obviously, genetics and nutrition determine how much muscle you can gain in any training program, but I won’t hesitate to tell someone that with the CME program, they can build a significant amount of muscle mass.
CME Pro’s program
Perhaps it is too obvious to claim that the first advantage of the CME program is that it works. It fulfills its requirements, and this is rare these days, especially when it comes to muscle-building products. If you have club bells, you can also gain a significant amount of muscle if you follow the program exactly as indicated. Along with this main advantage, I noticed a few other things that I considered the product itself.
When you order a package, it comes with an introductory video that offers a great overview of intuitive learning. This is a key key in the Circular Strength Training (CST) system and a valuable asset to understand when following the CME program. In this guide, you will learn how to measure and track your rating of perceived discomfort / pain, technique / form, and load / effort.
In addition, this introductory video provides a detailed description of the 7 key components of the structure when training with bells. You will learn exactly how to break down complex movement skills into basic components to simplify the learning process and develop a broad set of skills for effective use of force with efficiency. Shane covers grip confirmation, elbow lock, shoulder girdle, spine alignment, core activation, hip set (so-called hip lock), and leg drive. This is a great review for people who are not yet familiar with the CST system, and a good review for those who are. This leads me to another question.
You don’t need to be familiar with CST to use Clubbell Mass Evolution. This is actually a good introduction to CST, but it will suit anyone from beginners (even if you just bought club bells) to experienced CST athletes. You will learn three different training options that will help you set up your training schedule: the 4 × 7 model, the 7 × 4 per week model, and the 3 / week training schedule.
Even if you are already an experienced club bell athlete, you will still benefit from the CME program. This is a template for using bell training to achieve the goal of building muscle, and it’s also quite complex (but remember that you create the level of difficulty that you’re comfortable with using the intuitive CST training Protocol).
Now I have a lot of experience with bells, and I’m not used to intense training. Even after some significant achievements, such as scoring 288 points in the 2009 Cross World crossball competition, and at 14:32 time Trial By Fire at the CST 2009 workshop, I still found CME extremely challenging. I hate to admit it, but I remember cursing Shane under my breath when I first started the second month because of how hard it was. I’m not proud of it, mate, but it’s true. And now my lack of character can be used to show that even an expert will have difficulty with this program.
CME is also very easy to follow. It’s plug and play, and there’s no guesswork involved. You just follow the program and do the work when necessary. You don’t need to invent anything or configure your program. This is action-oriented.
In the same spirit, there is actually a guide to action included in the program materials, which I think can be very valuable for those who take it seriously. Essentially, Shane takes you through a mental exercise where you create positive affirmations to tune in to your inner desires and visualize them before and during your training sessions. This is not just a hippie mumbo Jumbo, but is based on the science and psychology of success. This literally uses the power of mind and body exercises and can lead to life-changing consequences if you apply them. This is a success strategy that you can use and apply to any life goal or desire, and it puts it in a concise, action-based format that everyone can use to master the process of their own life transformation. Again, it’s just plug and play – nothing mystical or mysterious. Shane will guide you through everything.
Another important advantage of CME is warming up and recharging for specific activities. CME uses Intu-flow joint mobility exercises and Prasara yoga poses to prepare the body for training and maximize your recovery after. I have found that spending extra time addressing prasaram results in significantly less muscle pain, making it almost invisible in the days following the workout. Even after a hard session, there were times when I finished training feeling better than when I started.
The last important advantage of Clubbell Mass Evolution is that there are several brand new clubbell exercises available for mass construction. Shane put together several hot moves specifically designed for muscle growth. You can’t find these exercises anywhere else. They are brand new!
Cons of the CME program
I really can’t find any legitimate flaws with this program. Of course, I can think of several ways to improve the product itself, but in fact it doesn’t need anything at all. To be honest, file downloads could have been organized a little better. They are not in compressed folders that are ready to load, so it takes some time to sort them. The guide could have been more informative. But, to be honest, this is not what this program is intended for. It’s plug and play. Just do the job. I really can’t complain.
Note about professionalism
Without a doubt, Clubbell Mass Evolution is one of the highest quality products and the best values I have ever seen. There are many inexpensive fitness products available. I’ve covered some of them here about physical life, but this is not one of them. Something you may not know about Shane unless someone tells you that he is very calculating by nature. He knows how to plan and do everything correctly. Perfection is his goal.
As expected, special attention to detail was paid to every aspect of this product. Shane even hired a professional film crew and went beyond the status quo in terms of professionalism and overall product quality. I encourage you to find a bug in this program.
CME is so good that it leaves much to be desired. But the cool thing is that this program was designed to be repeated. The program was designed so that after you have completed the full three months, you can start the cycle again to continue building muscle mass for a year.
It should also be noted that this is the FIRST release of the Shane product. If we can expect programs of this level in the future, then I’m definitely looking forward to the next one.
