This is my story, and why you should listen to me …
It was SICKENING. After years of martial arts, maniac weightlifting and lots of running, I still feel weak most of the time. No matter how intense or how long I trained, the body in the mirror didn’t match what I wanted and imagined!
I was a normal gymnastic rat, but neither felt strong enough nor looked very strong.
Sometimes it hindered my confidence, my health, the amount of money I made, and the confidence that could affect the quality of my relationship.
I wanted a muscle! !!
Real muscle.
Strong muscles.
Because what you see is what you get.
If you have big muscles, that means you have power underneath.
Hey, we all know that Strength builds self-confidence and it affects everything in your life.
You know it is true. Whatever you call it, it results in this. If you want to get out and kick a donkey in all areas of your life and be able to handle everything that comes out, you need to know how.

After all, as men, we naturally have to be strong, right?
Perhaps our job thousands of years ago was to hunt, take home, and protect our families and tribes.

“Protectors and providers” did it all.
And to do it right, you needed muscles.
And we are still doing so.
Technology and culture have changed, but nature has not.
They try to tell us they are not, but as a man, you should be strong.

I know it’s not politically correct, but strength and political correctness are actually the opposite.
If you want to be strong, don’t go with the flock. Instead, you work on you and strengthen yourself.

First, let me introduce myself.
I’m Scott Bolan. If you’re interested in martial arts and self-improvement, you’ve probably heard about me. Has multiple black belts and advanced Combatives certification. I’m also trained by one of Bruce Lee’s first students (we’ll quickly explain why this is so important). He has also written many of the best-selling training courses around the world for publications such as Black Belt Magazine and Black Belt Daily. And, to name a few, Modern Combat & Survival. After countless interviews on radio and podcasts, he recently entered the American Budo Hall of Fame under three nominations.
See, I’m not telling you to ring your horn here. I’m a serious martial artist and bodybuilder in my life, so I just want you to know what I know about physical culture.

Although I knew Martial Arts and was in good shape and lifted regularly, I still wasn’t getting the MUSCLE SIZE AND STRENGTH I wanted.
After years of frustration and wasted time I kept hitting the same wall in my training over and over again. I hadn’t “broken through” yet, and just thinking about it made me want to PUKE! I hit the gym all the time, and spent loads at the Nutrition store on shakes and supplements. (I should friggin’ own stock at GNC with the amount I spent LOL) I also read tons of magazines and books, watched countless videos…. all to the point of confusion and frustration.
There is so much conflicting information,

It was my “moment of truth of change”, as the light shines for the first time.
I was so frustrated and angry that I threw away everything I knew about physical fitness.

Check this out. Remember I said I was trained by one of Bruce Lee’s first students? (They are known in martial arts as “Jeet Kune Do Nucleus”)
In martial arts, Bruce Lee was saying the same, and he revolutionized it …
… while angry the guru at the time and being called “madness” by jealousy competitors.
He’s changed the game a lot with martial arts. By “peeling a layer of ignorant onions” rather than adding a technique.
Bruce Lee often used the term “movement economy.” This means doing things as powerful and easy as possible to escape the “closest weapon to the closest target” or, basically, the “classic mess” that most people have.
Bruce Lee removed the complexity from applying martial arts to every aspect of life by “hacking unnecessary elements” and “rooting”. So he could accomplish many things in his short life.
As a lifelong Jeet Kune Do practitioner and instructor, it dawned on me …

Oh, God! Discovery time!
“When you understand the roots, you understand that they are all in bloom.”
So I decided to run “Strike The Root” to get back to basics.
Instead of “adding more”, we stripped down the layers to get to what it was, the heart of the most efficient, practical and easy way to build large muscles and strength.
I understand that alpha is the root of all male strength. You need to train it like that and throw away all “information overload”, mechanical programming, and confusion (“classical confusion”) to make the three hidden essentials hardcore:
1) Alpha Intake: Eating accumulating assimilated foods, not catabolic foods designed to “cut out” our masculinity and strength!
2) Alpha Muscle Building: A “classic” surefire way to quickly build big muscle. This means “muscle confusion”
