Personal note that I have used these InnerTalk tapes with noticeable success, for example the “”I Am a Communicator”” CD, while playing in the background during my everyday after-work activities, about an hour a day per program. I did feel like a better communicator after four+ weeks of listening — whether this is placebo or real cannot be determined in this instance, but there have been empirical tests done with InnerTalk and it has, according to those tests, produced positive results. At this point, I do believe it. These tapes are different from most subliminal tapes in that the affirmations are just audible at higher listening levels. The affirmations are spoken in rounds of man, woman and then a child, repeat. In one channel, the affirmations play in normal direction, in the other channel they’re played backwards, in order to target each hemisphere of the brain.
