Description
The one ring has been discontinued-what a shame you missed it! If you want to know more about why we stopped selling this program, click here. And if I was aiming to create full body power and control, integral power is a good option. And while we can’t wait to sell this course, we have a ton of great free resources for using gym rings.
Nothing builds a strong, stable shoulders and force the upper part of the body, such as gymnastic exercises with rings.
GMB Rings One is a mid-level program for developing basic ring gymnastics skills and gaining very strong skills.
To create a strong power supply and control on the rings
Learn to perform a strictly controlled exercise
Develop strong and healthy joints and ligaments
Creating power reserves for any task
Rings One offers 3 to 6 months of the safest and most complete introduction to weight training on gym rings available online, including basic exercises and strength exercises that systematically build the Foundation for more advanced skills.

R1 made me stronger, especially in my shoulders, arms, and abs; taught me new (and cool) skills; and surprisingly eased the Elbow discomfort I sometimes get from tennis. Cooling is also great for range of motion of the shoulder and helps to avoid unpleasant sensations in the shoulder.
Are you ready for one ring?
Can you do at least 3 solid pull-UPS?
The ability to do three firm (strict) pull-UPS is the minimum level of strength that is increasingly needed to make appropriate progress on rings one.
If the answer is “Yes”, great!
R1 includes two levels of difficulty: level A assumes an average level of strength, and level B is intended for people who are already strong enough, but are not yet familiar with training.
If you can’t do three pull-UPS yet …
We recommend integral strength as a preparatory step before launching R1.

Rings One-Excellent Introduction
gym ring
If you are like most people who come across this page, your
the first acquaintance with gymnastic rings was to see them at the Olympic games and admire the strength and physique of elite gymnasts…
But let’s be real:
Your chances of jumping on the rings and snatching the Iron cross are zero. The rings are solid. Damn hard.
That’s why you’re here. Since we first released Rings One in 2010, rings have become very popular for General fitness, and now you can see them hanging in many commercial gyms. Unfortunately, they are still damn difficult, and without expert guidance, trying to use them can be an exercise in frustration.
Our head coach, Ryan Hurst, created Rings One to translate his gymnastics experience into a program that you can use for General physical fitness without having to do gymnastics.
Don’t let common misconceptions about
The Rings Hold You Back
If you’re already familiar with the benefits of ring training, there may be a few things that keep you from diving and getting stronger than you’ve ever been:
You think the rings are dangerous
Bullshit!* Read here how our resident physiotherapist dispels this old wives ‘ tale.
Do you think the rings are expensive
You can find a cheap pair of rings online, but compared to weight gain or gym membership, even our favorite premium rings are a bargain.
You think you don’t have enough space for rings
Here’s an article we wrote with a bunch of ideas for hanging your rings.
You think rings are only for gymnasts
The R1 was designed specifically for trainees with zero prior gym or ring experience.

When you learn to use them correctly and build your skills on the right Foundation, you will find that training with gym rings offers some benefits that you simply can’t get otherwise.
Here’s what rings can offer:
Versatility and challenge in all directions
The rings provide flexibility for pulling skills below the rings and pushing and balancing skills above the rings. Rings one will show you exercises that build strength and mobility in every range and direction.
Instability for muscle stimulation
Since they are not anchored in space, the rings will make your muscles fight harder for control, and this will lead to a greater increase in strength. We will show you the details of the execution that will lead to greater mastery of each movement and position.
Cool reputation with impressive skills
Nailing strong muscles or demonstrating stability in an L-sitting position makes you look and feel like a bully. With proven progressions and an adaptable repetition pattern, you will be able to continue progressing consistently towards clean, rigorous muscle lifts and an R1 flow routine.
Best of all, you won’t have to contend with a program that was either designed for child gymnasts or requires strict adherence to an “ideal” schedule. The P1 ring makes learning accessible to everyone.
Our coaches have worked with thousands of recreational and professional athletes, and our clients cover all ages and backgrounds, so we can translate the benefits of ringside gymnastics to non-gymnasts.
Don’t get stuck-Programming designed for continuous progress without stopping
Unlike some programs that give you one workout to repeat forever, GMB recognizes that you will need different strategies as your strength and skills develop. This is why Rings One includes four stages of the program, each of which builds on the previous one, so that you constantly progress.
Phase 1
Power Development
Strength is the basis for increasing your motor capabilities, so R1 starts by building up your strength in the basic movements on which everything else is built.
Phase 2
skill development
As you continue to build strength, phase 2 introduces more focus on skills and complex movements that will root new motor patterns, developing balance and dexterity.
Phase 3
Purchasing A Stream
Once you have developed a basic level of body control to perform each skill, we begin to create combinations that offer even greater complexity and stimulation.
Phase 4
Stream ” Skill”
After a few weeks of practicing strength and skill, you will work to smooth out transitions and reduce rest time for more effective applied movements.

I bought rings 1 and 2, and although I am still in rings 1, in two months my body has changed radically. Your program, tied to a good diet, allowed me to lose about 7 pounds of fat, and I would like to thank you for that.

Rings one completely changed the way I train
Rings one completely changed the way I train. You have taught me how to train properly to gain strength and so that my body moves naturally and flows from one movement to another. And at the same time, I’m learning some absolutely fantastic skills.
My muscles are harder than ever, and so strong. My core strength is better than ever. As you can see from my photo, I used to be a Royal marine commando, so I was always in uniform anyway… but the rings push my muscles and skills more than any marine chain!
Finally, a very important aspect is that this ring workout is so much fun!!!!!! I’ve never enjoyed exercise so much in my life.
Systematically create the necessary Foundation of strength and skill for gymnastic training in the ring
Amazing strength and stability of the upper body…
Impressive skills such as slow, strict muscle building…
Conscious control of every muscle in your body…
Strong joints and ligaments, healthy, mobile shoulders…
Although R1 is planned as a three-month training cycle, you will have lifetime access to all the materials, so even if you can’t start right away or if you need to slow down the process, it’s just fine. You can start whenever you want and take as much time as you want. Your membership includes all future updates.
Only one thing will make you stronger,
guaranteed.
Give R1 a fair try. The fact is that if you work, you will get results.
After the first four weeks, if you don’t get noticeably stronger, we don’t need your money.

R1
The combination of strength and skill provides fun and motivation
I thought about emailing or calling Ryan and you guys to thank you for your dedication and the work you put into this program. I really enjoy rings, not mindless weight lifting, etc. which I didn’t do regularly anyway. I am dealing with the R1 novice and am in the third week of phase 2. I’m getting a lot stronger and looking forward to my training sessions. I have always been an athlete, but recently I needed motivation to train. It was wonderful, as I am 36 years old and have a family of four with a wonderful but stressful life. R1 allows me to get a good workout in less time. I don’t have any gymnastic experience, and I’m grateful for how well this program fits my lifestyle.
The combination of strength and skill provides fun and motivation. I’m still working on flexibility, my chest and shoulders have always been tight. My upper body looks and feels solid since the launch of this program.
I tried different exercise modes like weight lifting and P90X, the first of which was damn boring, and the second left me drained and didn’t show too much.
I used to get sick and lie down for a while, but I learned that my body needs more recovery time and I have to eat enough calories for muscle growth (just what I learned about myself. You always hear this nonsense, but you have to experiment on your own). This program seems to me perfect for meeting these needs, like nothing I’ve done before. I’m looking forward to getting these rings up in the air so I can continue to progress. I’ll have to be creative.
I could also take my workout with me by hanging rings on a nearby tree when we went to the beach on vacation.
