Dear friend,
Everything I teach about working with breathing started with a powerful experience I had 40 years ago.
The situation was a moment when I felt very sad and lonely. I was in a new relationship and my girlfriend went to visit someone else.
Yes, you know what that means.
I was in agony, thinking that I was abandoned and unloved.
As I struggled in this state, I suddenly realized that I was HOLDING my BREATH.
When I saw this, I knew it would change my life forever:
I thought, \” Oh, I\’m holding my breath so as not to Wake up my sadness and be completely overwhelmed.\”
It was an interesting 10-second insight that started to change my point of view, and I thought:
\”Why do I need this? Don\’t I want to open up completely? \”
So I decided to do the exact opposite at that moment and let myself fully breathe right into the middle of what I was experiencing.
What happened next was a COMPLETE SURPRISE!
In the next few minutes, as I breathed with sadness and fear, these emotions began to bother me much less.
I found that just by recognizing them and breathing them, they started to dissolve.
But it was the exact opposite of how I worked with my clients!
I realized that I often tried to dissuade clients from their feelings.
After that moment, I realized that I needed to talk to them about their feelings.
We need permission to feel our feelings so that they can be experienced and dissolved.
So breathing became really important when my clients started opening up to their feelings through breathing … and heal.
Now there are thousands of studies of breathing, but at that time there was nothing to rely on, only my own discovery and work.
As this research continued and my own breathing practice deepened, I discovered something that I will share with you in this course:

1) the first breath measurement concerns YOUR BODY.
You must become sensitive to your body in a new way.
This in itself has a huge potential for healing, because many of us have an antagonistic relationship with our bodies. Thoughts like \”I\’m too old, my body isn\’t right, I\’m fat\” are the norm …
.. So, paying attention to your breathing is a healing action in itself, because you are with the body AS it is.
When I enter the first dimension, I will show you how nature has arranged your body to move with your breath and relax in that movement.
2) the Second dimension is the experience of ENERGY in your body.
By paying attention to the breath, you are in contact with the energy flows in your body.
This new awareness completely opens up a new way of life for you!
When you tune in to your energy, it brings MORE VITALITY.
As you enter the second dimension, I advise you to gradually breathe into the areas of your body that are not \” on \” so that you have access to a larger being, which, believe me, seems absolutely AMAZING!
3) the Third dimension I\’m going to talk about involves your body and energy, but it\’s really a sense of open space and SPATIAL CONNECTION to the universe.
This third dimension offers solutions to problems that usually cause concern – for example, you can resolve the gap between sexuality and spirituality.
In this dimension, you will really feel that they are both expressions of the same thing!
This has a huge therapeutic potential.
The third dimension is a place of resolution and direct connection to the creative aspects of the universe.
You will be able to perceive the universe as a whole, not a fragmentation.
I want you to get acquainted with this space, so that you go through life with it in ecstasy, in joy, in power!
